this will not work, so you have to use this

System.IO.Path.GetDirectoryNameSystem.IO.Path.
GetDirectoryName(System.Reflection.Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly().GetName().CodeBase);

which returns the directory.

the lable lblName is in MasterPage and you want to change it in Code behind.
